Here at E.L.M. Designs we do our best to ensure that your order gets to you safely. In doing so we package everything with care, but if you do receive a package that is damaged please reach out to us! We shipped from the United States end ship to all 50 states! We also ship to Canada but currently no other countries besides that. We try to make our shipping cost as low as possible, as we all know shipping can be very expensive. We do have a few shipment options available so when you check out. We cannot guarantee exact arrival dates, but we do give you an estimated arrival date!
